Nordbazaar is operated by Ignissium VOF, Emmen, the Netherlands. This policy explains how we handle your personal data.

What we collect

When you order or contact us we process your name, delivery and billing address, email address, phone number (if given) and order details.

Why we use it

We use your data to process and deliver orders, handle payments, provide customer service, meet legal and tax obligations, and prevent fraud.

Sharing

We share data only with parties needed to fulfil your order: payment providers, shipping carriers and suppliers who dispatch the goods, as well as our shop platform (Shopify). We do not sell your data.

Retention

We keep order data as long as required by Dutch tax and accounting law (generally 7 years).

Your rights (GDPR)

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing. Contact us at the email address on our Contact page. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
