Where we ship

We ship to the Netherlands and to all other member states of the European Union. We do not currently ship outside the EU.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery times depend on the product and the destination and are shown on the product page. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as they depend on the carrier.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order, and include VAT. Prices shown in the store include VAT.

Tracking

When your order ships you will receive an email with tracking information where the carrier provides it.

Damaged or lost parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or has not arrived within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery date, contact us at sales@ignissium.com with your order number and we will resolve it with the carrier or send a replacement or refund.
