You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.
To start a return, email us at sales@ignissium.com with your order number. We will confirm and send you the return instructions. Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Please do not send a parcel before contacting us, so we can match it to your order.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we refund the product price to your original payment method within 14 days.
If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days with photos and we will replace it or refund you, including shipping.
