About us
A small shop that keeps things simple
We started Nordbazaar because shopping online had become loud. Too many pop-ups, countdown timers and promises that didn't hold up.
So we do it differently. We choose products we would use at home ourselves. We tell you what they do, what they cost and when they'll arrive. If something isn't right, you send it back.
That's it. No tricks, just useful things for a warmer, easier home.

You get a confirmation by email right away. Your order ships from one of our EU warehouses, with a tracking link as soon as it's on its way.

In 4–8 working days in the Netherlands, 5–10 elsewhere in the EU. Not what you hoped? You have 14 days to send it back.

What does delivery cost?
Nothing. Delivery is free on every order to the EU countries we ship to. The price on the product page is the price you pay.
When will my order arrive?
In the Netherlands, orders are delivered in 4–8 working days. In the rest of the EU, delivery takes 5–10 working days. Orders ship from our partner warehouses in Hungary, Poland, Portugal and Spain, so there are no customs fees. When your parcel ships, we email you a tracking link.
How do returns work?
You have 14 days after delivery to change your mind. Starting a return is free: just contact us and we'll tell you how to send it back. Return shipping is paid by you. Once the item is back with us unused, we refund the purchase price. Full details are on our returns page, linked in the footer.
How can I pay?
With the methods shown at checkout, including the cards and wallets you see above. All payments run through a secure, encrypted checkout.
